Job Description:Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing, implementing, and maintaining Odoo ERP solutions for our clients. This individual will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements, designing system architecture, and delivering high-quality solutions that optimize business processes and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:Customize and implement Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements, including but not limited to sales, CRM, inventory management, accounting, and human resources.Analyze client needs and translate them into technical specifications and system design documents.Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules, workflows, and reports using Python and XML.Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and applications, such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and e-commerce platforms.Perform data migration and system integration tasks, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.Conduct thorough testing of Odoo modules and configurations to identify and resolve issues and ensure optimal system performance.Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients throughout the implementation and maintenance phases.Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo developments, patches, and updates, and proactively apply them to existing systems as needed.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as an Odoo Developer or similar role, with hands-on experience customizing and implementing Odoo ERP solutions.Proficiency in Python programming language and XML markup language.Strong understanding of Odoo framework, architecture, and development best practices.Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
