Job DescriptionWe are looking for a technical web software application support specialist to join our team and provide excellent customer service and technical assistance for our web-based software products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, resolving user inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with the development team to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement.Responsibilities• Provide timely and professional support for web software applications (Nexus/Eclipse) via phone, email, or chat.• Analyze and diagnose technical issues and provide solutions or workarounds.• Escalate complex or unresolved problems to the appropriate level of support.• Document and track user requests, issues, and resolutions using the ticketing system.• Create and update user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.• Conduct user training and demos as needed.• Test and verify software updates and patches before deployment.• Monitor and report on software performance and usage metrics.• Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement.• Will be involved in bug fixes and minor enhancements as neededMust Haves• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.• At least 2 years of experience in web software application support or similar role.• Strong knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, . Net Core (C# and ASP.Net) , relational databases (SQL server or oracle), JSON, React, etc.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently and creatively.• Customer-oriented and service-minded attitude.Nice to Haves• Azure cloud experience• Kanban or agile development experience
