As a Salesforce Developer, you will occupy a central and influential position in the development and configuration of solutions within the dynamic Salesforce platform. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in shaping the way our organization harnesses the power of Salesforce to meet our business objectives and exceed client expectations.

What you will be doing:
Participate in the development and configuration of advanced solutions in Salesforce, applying design patterns and following the best development practices. Work closely with the development team, Salesforce administrators, and other teams to resolve technical issues, identify solutions, and make system improvements. Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to younger developers and other team members on topics related to Salesforce and associated technologies. Stay current with the latest updates to Salesforce and explore new technologies, tools, and solutions that can improve the efficiency and quality of development in Salesforce. Use version control systems like Git and quality control tools to ensure the integrity and quality of code developed in Salesforce. Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support to end-users, ensuring the stability and proper functioning of Salesforce systems.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce developmentExperience with writing and testing batch classes and test classes in Apex. Proficiency in defining roles versus profiles, understanding of object-level security (OWD), and ability to implement sharing through code. Strong command over Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) for data retrieval and manipulation. Thorough understanding of the Salesforce data model, including relationships between objects. Solid grasp of core concepts of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and their application in Apex development. Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including but not limited to setting up custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
Nice to Have Skills:
Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) for building responsive user interfaces. Knowledge of HTML and CSS for customizing user interfaces and layouts. Understanding of the Quote to Cash process within Salesforce, including configuring and customizing the Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solution.
