Job Description:We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in developing enterprise solutions using the .NET framework and extensive experience working with Acumatica ERP. With a minimum of 7 years of .NET development experience and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP, the ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing our ERP system to meet the evolving needs of our organization.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain customizations and extensions for the Acumatica ERP platform to support business processes and workflows.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical solutions.Develop and implement integrations between Acumatica ERP and other systems, applications, and data sources using APIs, web services, and middleware.Customize and configure Acumatica ERP modules, screens, reports, and dashboards to meet specific business requirements.Optimize and enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of the Acumatica ERP system through code optimization, database tuning, and system architecture improvements.Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, and promote best practices and coding standards within the development team.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Acumatica ERP and .NET technologies, evaluate new features and capabilities, and recommend enhancements and upgrades as needed.Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, and business users to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Acumatica ERP solutions.Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing Acumatica ERP deployments, addressing issues and resolving technical challenges in a timely manner.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and tools to streamline development workflows and increase productivity.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development using the .NET framework, with a focus on web-based applications and enterprise solutions.At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Acumatica ERP, including customization, configuration, and integration.Strong proficiency in C# programming language, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and other .NET development technologies.Experience with Acumatica customization tools such as Acumatica Framework, Acumatica Customization Platform (ACP), and Acumatica Report Designer.Knowledge of ERP concepts and business processes, particularly in finance, accounting, inventory management, and order processing.Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and proficiency in SQL query optimization and database design.Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
