Have been trying to fill this for awhile a lot of people have open text and administration skills, but they need a hands-on developer who has created custom code for open textJava skills requiredideally AWS as well (AWS highly preferred as they are currently migrating to AWS adoption)Leadership skills/experience, A+ communication, need to help the team matureHands-on, customization of code for open text experienceInterviews first round to assess lead capabilities (questions about previous lead experience, how can/have they help mature a team, overcome team challenges, etc.), then second round will be technicalOpen text administration experience is not enough, they need developer open text experience and very strong leadership skillsThis team: has two agile development squads (2 Scrum Masters, 10 total developers, 2 testers, Product Owners, one analyst)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of Documentum-based solutions migrating to AWS.Provide technical leadership to a team of Documentum developers, ensuring adherence to best practices.Architect Documentum solutions to migrate to AWS, including setup, configuration, and optimization.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and develop solutions aligned with business goals. Assist and support Business users.Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for Documentum on AWS.Gather and analyze functional requirements. Write technical documentation.Build the current and future systems (prototyping, new functionalities and maintenance tasks)

Required:

7+ years of work experience in Documentum technology (DFC, DQL, D2 configurations, Content server, DQMan, Blazon etc)Define Documentum repository structure and Object types. Experience implementing solutions using Java & J2EE technologies, REST, Web Services, Spring, etc.Experienced with databases like Oracle, SQL Server and Postgress sql.Experienced with Application servers like Weblogic, JBoss, Tomcat, TC Server.Ability to develop cloud native solutions with Java, Python, and Node.jsExperience with AWS cloud migrations. Hands-on experience with core AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.AWS certification (preferred).Experience with DevOps tools for source control , release, configuration management, monitoring, development (e.g. - Jenkins, GIT, Docker, AWS EKS, AWS Step function, AWS Lambda creation, Jira, Python, Angular, Splunk etc)Ability to Influence including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflictExperience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questionsExperience identifying measures, or indicators of system performance, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desired outcomesWorking with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goalDetermining causes of operating errors and taking corrective actionExperienced with providing support for existing production applications, troubleshooting, resolving problems.Strong interpersonal & communication skills and proven independent & teamwork capabilities.Experienced with agile methodology of development.Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process
