The position will be part of a global team of IT professionals under the Services team focused on the development and support of salesforce Service cloud solutions utilizing agile implementation methodologies. The successful candidate will have a record of success in developing and deploying Salesforce Cloud solutions and improving processes. This position will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy solutions to business problems.
Skill Set & Experience required:
· 5r- 7 years of Salesforce developer experience along with experience on at least two implementations on Service Cloud.
· Demonstrated implementation experience and knowledge of Lightening Service Consoles, Live Chat implementation, Telephony Integration, Omni Channel Setup, Einstein bots, CTI, workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
· Experience in implementing solutions using Experience Cloud.
· Configure Service Cloud to handle Case Management, Email-to-Case functionality.
· Experience with Integration, Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning, Component Framework, Apex controllers, Triggers, Apex Customization, Batch jobs, Test Classes, REST and SOAP based Web services
· Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
· Experience with Data & Security Model
