This full-time, remote position is open to candidates across the United States, offering flexible working hours between 9-5pm or 10-6pm. Your Role:As a C# Developer at Interviewed AI, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our AI-driven platforms and services. Your expertise in C# programming will enable you to build robust, scalable, and efficient systems that support our mission to revolutionize the recruitment process. Working closely with our team of AI specialists, data scientists, and software engineers, you will play a key role in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code.Implement performance and quality modules to ensure software quality and responsiveness.Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.Collaborate with the development team to plan, design, and launch new features.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in C# programming, software development best practices, and emerging technologies.

Technical Requirements:Proficient in C# with a good knowledge of its ecosystems.Familiarity with the .NET framework and .NET Core.Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.Skillful in writing reusable C# libraries.Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database concepts.Knowledge of concurrency patterns in C#.Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Experience:3+ years of experience as a C# Developer or in a similar role.Demonstrated ability to develop high-performance, scalable, and accessible applications.Proven track record of contributing to the development of complex software projects.
