Position Overview:As a Full Stack Developer specialising in Website Development at PxyMedia, you will be at the forefront ofcrafting engaging and functional websites for our clients. Job Type: Full-timeExperience Level: 2-4 yearsSalary: 3 to 6 Lakhs p.a or 20% hike on current CTC

Responsibilities:1. Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly websites using a combination offront-end and back-end technologies.2. Collaborate closely with designers to translate mockups and wireframes into responsive web interfaces.3. Implement front-end functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including frameworks like React JS,Angular, or Vue.js), ensuring optimal performance and user experience.4. Develop server-side logic and backend services using Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks.5. Utilise databases (such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL) to store, retrieve, and manipulate data forweb applications.6. Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure data security and user privacy.7. Optimise websites for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO best practices.8. Conduct rigorous testing to identify and fix bugs, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsivenessacross devices.9. Stay updated on emerging web technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously enhancedevelopment processes and solutions.

Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.2. 2-4 years of professional experience in full stack web development with a focus on website development.3. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScriptframeworks/libraries (e.g., React JS, Angular, Vue.js).4. Strong understanding of server-side programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express).5. Experience working with databases and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).6. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code collaboration tools.7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.9. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.10.
