We are currently seeking a Lead .NET Developer to join our dynamic team and work on developing products in the logistics and insurance domains.

Job DescriptionAs a Lead .NET Developer at Purplecore, you will work with a team of skilled developers to deliver high-quality software solutions for our clients. This role involves hands-on coding, architectural planning, and problem-solving, requiring you to be proactive and technically proficient.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with a team of .NET developers.- Troubleshoot and resolve complicated issues, providing technical guidance and making architectural changes as needed.- Plan implementation details, including classes, interfaces, and code flow.- Implement performance improvement fixes to optimize software efficiency.- Work with background jobs using Hangfire to manage background processing.- Manage Azure DevOps boards, including pull requests, code merges, and deployments.- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular project updates.- Be available on call for production issues, ensuring timely resolution.- Conduct daily standup meetings to ensure team alignment and project progress.- Perform deployments and work with SQL Server for database-related tasks.

Requirements- At least 5 years of experience as a .NET Developer, with proven expertise in the above job description.- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET framework, ASP.NET, and related technologies.- Experience with Azure DevOps, Hangfire, and SQL Server.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.- Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection, with good audio and video environment.- Flexibility to be on call for production issues and urgent project needs.
