Who We Are:WNE3 is an early-stage student-led web2.5 company building the future of e-commerce with Gen AI.We are currently working on building our flagship platform Live, The first of its kind platform for generative commerce, to revolutionize how consumers shop by providing its users with the ability to generate custom print-on-demand products from every search "prompt to product" turning consumers into creators, WNE3 also aims to further build a B2B2C platform based on generative commerce with the ability to create functional e-commerce stores from user prompts with the integration of ONDC acting as a generative AI-powered competitor to platforms like Shopify.Job description:We are looking for Builders experienced in Engineering and Technology with expertise in Web Development, reactJS, NodeJS, Git, Django, Flask, Python, Azure, AWS, Databases, K8s, LLMs, NLPs and Development experience in both D2C markets and B2B markets (monolithic and microservice models) with preferable experience in e-commerce to join us as Back-end engineers in our journey of revolutionizing the world of commerce with generative AI.As a part of this role, you'll be working closely and coordinating with all the teams consisting of various enthusiastic developers and experienced tech & product leaders and be involved not only in the product development, technical roadmap and innovation but also in troubleshooting and playing a crucial role in our Beta Development and further stages efforts with integrating ONDC.

Compensation:
We are an early-stage bootstrapped startup and currently do not offer payroll, Although you would be eligible for ESOP depending on your longevity and performance with the company.
Work Environment:
All our roles are remote, with flexible timings ideal for students. We focus on task-oriented performance checks rather than hours worked. However, We expect a time contribution of at least 3-4 hours per day.
