PROJECT:We are looking for a skilled Python developer to add features to our data engineering automation framework. This framework will be used by over 100 data engineers across the enterprise.The developer will be responsible for developing boilerplate code based on configuration files that follows code hygiene best practices, including linting and formatting.The ideal candidate for this position is a problem solver with a passion for programming, software engineering best practices and a keen interest in data engineering.

REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar positionExperience working with packaging code and having a good understanding of CI/CD practices using GitHub Actions.Good understanding of data engineering concepts and knowledge of Databricks.Experience with the Databricks platform.General knowledge of testing and test automationFluency both in spoken and written English.
