Lead Ruby on Rail DeveloperRemoteFull TimePrimary Responsibilities:Build product features in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.Create innovative solutions to meet the needs of business and to improve the overallhealth and reliability of the applications.Support and ensure we’re aligning with the Enterprise Infrastructure and toolsets.Work with the QA team to fix any potential defects before deploying into production.Collaborate with the production support team on handling eventual incidents. Required Qualifications:Ruby on Rails or similar MVC framework knowledge (Django, Spring, etc.)Ruby experience or similar dynamic language (Javascript, Python)MongoDB or similar NoSql database.Front end skills (HTML, CSS, Vue.js or similar).Strong communication and problem solving skills.Attention to detail and clean coding skills.
