The Customer Success Engineer serves as a bridge between our sales process, the implementation of our solutions, and ongoing support for our customers. This role requires an individual who can understand customer requirements, provide technical insights, support customer systems, and integrate solutions to ensure timely delivery and a smooth ongoing experience for our customer.

In this role, you willBe a technical expert on the Formant product and its codebase.Develop integrations, write efficient code and support existing projects.Work closely with internal teams to meet customer demands, identify solutions, and provide product feedback.Assist building documentation, write sample code, and customer playbooks.Learn and advocate for areas of improvement in our products and development process with an eye for stability and maintainability.

QualificationsProficient in React, Typescript and Python>3 years experience in a web engineering/support roleExperience with DevOps or Test-Driven DevelopmentStrong problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills, and genuine empathy.Collaborative spirit, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and adaptable to change.
