We are currently seeking a Lead Microsoft Power Apps Developer to join our remote team.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly applications using low-code or no-code methods within the Power Apps platform, implementing business logic, and integrating data sources. Your primary focus will be on developing and optimizing Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate solutions. As a Lead Developer, you are expected to lead and mentor a team of developers and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers to design, develop and optimize Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate solutionsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions to meet their needsIntegrate Power Apps with various data sources such as SharePoint, SQL Server, Excel, Dynamics 365, or other APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality within applicationsCreate visually compelling and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI DesktopDesign and develop automated workflows to streamline business processes and improve productivityProvide training and support to end-users on how to use Power Apps solutions effectively

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Power Apps Developer with a strong understanding of data modeling and relational databasesAt least 1 year of experience in leading software development teams, demonstrating excellent leadership skillsExperience with Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Automate and Power BIStrong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and integration capabilitiesIn-depth knowledge of Power BI Desktop, including data modeling, report design, and DAX programmingExperience with workflow automation and designing complex workflows using Power AutomateProficiency in Python and Azure DevOpsUpper-intermediate level of English proficiency

Experience with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and dimensional modeling principles
