Drupal Developer

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Senior Drupal Developer to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled developer proficient in Drupal theming, site building, and backend development. As a Senior Drupal Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in building, extending, and configuring Drupal sites using core and contrib modules, while contributing back to the Drupal community.In this role you will:Building, extending, and configuring Drupal sites using core and contrib modulesCreating custom modules and theming Drupal sites using TWIG, JS, and CSS for decoupled implementationsDeveloping performant mobile-first experiences and ensuring adherence to web accessibility guidelinesCollaborating with the development team using version control (Git) and working in an Agile and Scrum environment

The Ideal CandidateStrong background in PHP and MySQL with Drupal 8+ knowledge and experienceProficiency in PHP, Javascript/jQuery, and HTML/CSS/Twig templatingFull Drupal deployment experience including installation, configuration, and productionExperience with version control (Git), Agile and Scrum methodologies, and automated testingAbility to prioritize shifting initiatives, strong communication skills, and problem-solving skillsInterest or experience in security, quality assurance testing, performance optimization, Acquia/AWS, and front-end build tools
