Position: EngageOne Designer/Developer Location: 100% RemoteDuration: Long term contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated EngageOne Designer/Developer for our client. As an EngageOne Designer/Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing personalized customer communications solutions using EngageOne, a powerful omnichannel customer engagement platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, data-driven communications that enhance the customer experience and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:Design and develop personalized customer communications solutions using EngageOne, including documents, statements, invoices, and marketing materials.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective communication designs.Utilize EngageOne capabilities to create dynamic and interactive content tailored to specific customer segments and preferences.Integrate data sources and leverage customer data to personalize communications and enhance relevance.Implement best practices for accessibility, usability, and responsive design to ensure optimal customer experiences across channels and devices.Conduct testing and quality assurance to validate the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of communication designs.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to customer communications and EngageOne platform enhancements.Provide guidance and support to internal teams on EngageOne capabilities, best practices, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience in designing and developing customer communications solutions using EngageOne or similar platforms.Proficiency in EngageOne Designer/Developer tools, including EngageOne Designer, EngageOne Interactive, and EngageOne Compose.Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual design principles.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.Certification in EngageOne Designer/Developer is preferred.
