We are looking for a candidate with strong software development and IT architect and also tangible, existing ERP, CRM, HR, Transportation management (any of these) software developer background.

Your job will includeArchitecture decisions: Being part of architectural experiments and decisionsSolution design – internal: for new features, functions – business solutions (“how do we do this?”)Documentation ownership: Keeping our tech documentation structured and up-to dateTraining materials ownership (After learning our solutions) developing training materials and training other developersSoftware development (a.k.a. coding): we cannot precisely predict what % of your time, but we assume about 40-50% of your time will be hands on coding, as well – and helping othersSoftware integration design: we connect our software to other applications – we use low code no code approach for this, as well. WE NEED FROM YOUERP and or Financials and or HR and or CRM experience – the more the better8+ years of SQL – possibly MS SQL, stored procedures – yes we use them as we are working with clients with 10’s or 100’s of Million records of data and up6+ years .NET5+ years Jquery, Jscript, HTLM or maybe React or Vue or similar3+ years architecture design experience – making decisions about software tools, versionsOPTIONAL: Any experience with NLP, LLM’sGrit: you push smartly, thinking all along the way until it is done. We do not need you to work for 24 hours – 8 hours a day is enough. But: we work on really complex problems. We do not always choose the simplest way – on purpose. We are not the “write another CRM for xxx industry” type of company.Mind: you are really smart and use and know and use your own mind – and know the gaps in your thinking or are open to find it together.Care: you do care about what you do. Just simply working, putting in hours is not enough.
