OTRS Developer

Experience : 2 to 3 Years of Experience in OTRSResource Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Perl or other script languages (Python) • Proficiency in OTRS.• Experienced in using Git, GitHub and GitLab• Good knowledge of the Linux environment• Experience with MySQL, MariaDB and/or PostgreSQL• Support and maintenance of our OTRS & OTOBO• Support and maintenance of our open-source add-ons• Implementation of customer requirements• Maintaining add-ons• Technical issues around OTRS & OTOBO• Improving and maintaining our internal tools.

Eligibility: • Team management and client handling experience• Good communication skills
