Requirements:Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using SOAP & REST APIs.Design, develop, customize, and administer ITSM suite applications.Understand and implement Case Management, Account Management, and other features of CSM application.Work on ITBM, ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration), CSM, Portal, ATF, CSDM, etc.Configure Agent Workspace for ITSM and CSM.Customize Service Portal, CMS using widget editor tool, and provide support.Implement CSM and ITSM best practices.Gather Systems Requirements Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Implementation, and Documentation.Develop in ServiceNow from scratch using Agile methods.Integrate with third-party tools like Remedy, OPAS, Boomi, Webservers, etc.Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) based on ITIL best practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer) preferred.
