Project Scope: This will be tied to the test-ready product. In-house application that they are standing up focusing on test automation. Looking for 2 developers with CMS, React, and .Net (C#) experience to assist with building out the user interface. Somone who can work within a team and bring their own ideas and work alone without anyone looking over their shoulder. Need to hit the ground running. 75% front end with react, 25% .Net C#. The main work that will be done, will be completly in an Content Management System (CMS). You will be building the entire page dynamically, there is no hard coding. It all comes from the database. Databases tells you how to build it. This position is very different from your standard react developer role. (You will not be going into a page and building a Single Page Application!) Within CMS, you will be building a set up to build the page dynamically.

Top 3 Requirements:#1, CMS – will be very dynamic. Need to be very strong in this. Most of your work will be done within the CMS (Wordpress). Open to experience with other content management systems.Building web applications from scratchReact - strong skills in hooks, state management, and the latest React features. – 75% of the timeJavaScript, plus proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JSON, XML, and BootstrapC# .Net – 25% of the timeDatabase Driven Web Applications - database driven logic to dictate every aspect of the user interface (UI)

Team Size & Environment Breakdown: Staff manages a team of 5 developers. 1 dba and 1 UI. Currently using SQL relational databases.

High-Level Individual Duties:Building out and improving a CMS – WordpressA lot of stuff is already built out, they will be building upon it and improving everything. Take what they started and continue building out.Working with Dynamic pagesWorking with CMS Database - making extensive use of database-driven logic to dictate every aspect of the user interface.Building out CMS with React and .Net C# development

What will win?Previous building web applications from scratch, being able to utilize their experience to challenge the directions that they might shift to (question things, propose better solutions, explain why). Example, will there be issues with scalability? Doesn’t want someone who agrees with everything.Collaborate with team members to continuously innovate and enhance the functionality and user experience of our systems.They will be working closely with the team all day/everyday.
