What you’ll do:

At Lucidity, Front-end Engineers play a vital role in developing user interfaces and ensuring seamless interactions with cloud-based applications and services. Their responsibilities extend beyond creating visually appealing interfaces to integrating with cloud services and technologies.

Role and Responsibilities:

Strong experience with modern web technologies: JavaScript (ES Next), HTML5, CSS / Sass, and market-leading frameworks (React is a preference)Experience working in an Agile work environment and knowledge of Agile methodologies.Experience in developing responsive applications with good architecture and UI.Having at least 2+ years of experience in contributing to architecture, design, and implementation of products.Skilled at writing unit, SLTs and E2E tests and testable components.Familiar with integration to CI &CD pipelines.Knowledge of the best coding practices and documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or a related discipline.2+ years of experienceA desire to write clean yet simple programs using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3Keen interest in creating web frameworks like Angular / React JSExposure to Cloud environments - AWS / Azure / GCPGood understanding of working with API design and developmentCollaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to optimise the deployment and hosting of front-end applications in the cloud.

Bonus pointsAcademic background in Computer Science or equivalentExperience with AWS and Cloud technologiesContribution to open-source development projectsA self-starter and able to perform with minimal direction
