Senior Frontend Developer

We are looking for a passionate, professional Senior Frontend Developer in Spain or the UK to join the Cyferd team. You will work as part of a team to maintain and build our React component library, and on the infrastructure that delivers them to the end user.Working alongside Design and UX you’ll bring ideas to life whilst considering engineering requirements from the backend team. You’ll understand the latest developments in building for the responsive web, using modern CSS and layout practices, cross device and browser compatibility, and progressive enhancement. You will gather information and propose ideas to find innovative solutions to a range of challenges.

Skills Required:• Experience in ReactJS and React native.• Experience in Typescript.• Experience of functional programming.• Experience creating and maintaining complex resources such as recursive functions, platform agnostic components, etc.• Experience of modern CSS and CSS-in-JS.• Care deeply about end user experience and accessibility.• Ability to break down work into manageable chunks and features to provide incremental value.• Communication skills in verbal and written English.• Proficiency in testing practices (including but not limited to unit testing).

Preferred Skills:• Experience in RxJS.• Experience in FE tooling.• Experience in performance benchmarking and optimization for node and browsers.• Experience working with react contexts.• Experience of JSON schemas and/or runtime dynamic form/component generation, validations, etc.• Experience in meeting testing coverage requirements.• Use of Node, GitHub, Storybook
