The Senior Developer RoleOur Senior role is varied and will appeal to you if you are happy to develop and grow as you understand our business and clients. Reporting to our Chief Architect, your key duties will include:Working with clients in the Media and Fintech sectors to deliver quality solutions within complex and secure IT environments.Interacting confidently with our clients, mapping the requirements of deliverable software components or applications to meet our customer’s needs.Contributing to technology strategies, roadmaps and reviews, providing innovative solutions and keeping up to date with the latest technologies and toolsets.Providing support, technical expertise, advice and guidance.Mentoring, coaching and developing our junior staff.

This would be a great career move if youHave experience across more than one language and are comfortable working with new tech.Some leadership/mentoring/line management experienceExperience with the “full stack”Versatility and a willingness to be ‘hands-on’ is essentialSoftware architecture experience, especially distributed systems, with some experience in microsystems and API developmentExperience in code reviews using version control (GitLab), security scanning, licence scanning, and code qualityContributing to technical bids and meeting customers when requiredA background in Finance is ideally required but not essential

LocationThis is a permanent full-time role, remote-based but will need to travel and visit the office and clients when required.
