Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom BigCommerce themes and templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React).Customize and extend the functionality of BigCommerce platform to meet client requirements.Integrate third-party APIs and services with BigCommerce to enhance website features and capabilities.Implement responsive and mobile-friendly designs using React for optimal user experience across devices.Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions.Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure code quality and reliability.Optimize website performance, including page load times and responsiveness.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in e-commerce and front-end development.Provide technical support and assistance to clients and end-users as needed.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 3+ years of experience in BigCommerce development.Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.Strong understanding of the BigCommerce platform, including themes, templates, and APIs.Experience with customizing and extending BigCommerce functionality using Stencil framework.Knowledge of responsive web design principles and best practices.Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
