Role DescriptionThis is a remote Senior Roku Developer contract role for a client of ours. As a Senior Roku Developer, you will be responsible for contributing to the continued development of an existing Roku applications. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and implement solutions that align with business requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with the wider development team to maintain and improve existing code to ensure high-quality output. For example, you may be tasked with:updating page designs for new product featuresimplementing new featurespresenting data as they come back from servicesupgrade older Roku/Brightscript constructs to newer Roku best practices

This is an ongoing, full-time (40 hours per week) position.

Requirements:3+ years of experience in Roku DevelopmentProven track record of developing an app that is available in the Roku app store

Other Qualifications:Experience with SceneGraph Framework, BrightScript, and other Roku SDKs/IDEsExperience with web services integration and development, including REST APIs and JSONSolid experience with version control tools such as Git and Agile/Scrum methodologiesExcellent problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of ownership and driveStrong verbal and written communication skills in English
