Frontend Developer

I am delighted to be working with an existing client who have an amazing learning and development culture who are hiring a Frontend Developer. My client are developing a global web retail platform that is the number 1 platform within their industry. This position is a fully remote role, offering a half day Friday for you to be able to focus on L&D, certification/courses or personal projects. On top this you can expect a £1000 personal annual learning budget, a competitive salary + bonus and other benefits.

As the Frontend Developer in this role, you will take full ownership of the companies front end applications, the customers user experience and functionality of the customer-facing websites. You will collaborate with Back End, UI/UX Engineer and QA/Product developers to process forms and pull data from the Front End into the Back End team. Another key responsibility will be working with Marketing, stakeholders and senior management to take requirements and turn them into Front End solutions. Communication and collaboration is key for this role and someone who has a wider business understanding to benefit the company will be preferred.

For the Frontend Developer role, I am looking for:

3 Years industry experience as a Front End of Full Stack DeveloperProven independent Front End ownership2+ years JavaScript / TypeScriptHTML, CSS (SCSS a bonus)Python, Django understandingExperience working with Senior Management & taking requirementsStrong communication skills
