Job Description:As a Senior ASP.NET Developer at JMM Technologies, you will play a key role in providing technical leadership to our development team. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, architecture, and implementation of ASP.NET applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and delivering high-quality software solutions. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work with a talented team from the comfort of your own location.

Roles & Responsibilities:Provide technical leadership to the development team. Oversee the design and architecture of ASP.NET applications. Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Develop database schema & structure following database level best practices. Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute software development projects. Review code written by team members for quality and adherence to best practices. Lead by example in terms of coding standards, documentation, and overall code quality. Develop scalable, maintainable, and efficient software solutions. Make decisions regarding technology stack, architecture, and design patterns. Conduct regular code reviews to identify and address issues early in the development process. Implement and enforce best practices for coding & developer testing Ensure the overall quality and reliability of the software. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the application.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.2.5+ years of experience in ASP.NET development, with a strong understanding of C#, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET MVC.Proven track record of providing technical leadership and mentoring team members.Experience with database design and development using SQL Server or other relational databases.Strong knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends.Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are highly desirable.
