Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with design, development, and maintenance of web-based applicationsWork closely with our internal team and our clients to understand their technical needs and develop solutions that meet their specific requirementsDesign, develop, and manage SQL Server instances and databases ensuring data integrity, security, and performanceDevelop front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworksDevelop and Integrate APIs and web services to enhance application functionalityConduct testing, debugging, and code reviews with the teamAssist in the optimization of applications for scalability and efficiencyStay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and industry best practices

Minimum CredentialsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field3+ years of experienceStrong understanding of the .NET framework and web developmentProficiency in C# and other .NET languagesExperience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience in business systems such as ERPs, OMSs, and CRMsUnderstanding of source control systems, primarily SVNExperience with AWS is a plusExperience with Airtable.com, QuickBooks Online, Teamwork, and other related systems is a plusExperience with tracking work effort in project management systems is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skills - the ability to work closely with clients and team members at all levels of the organizationProcess-orientedEager to follow established practices of SPRCHRGR – and help improve them!Experience in a remote environmentClear and concise communication – both written and verbalAn unwavering commitment to confidentialityA dedicated workspace and access to reliable and secure, high-speed internetEmbraces our Core Values

Salary and Benefits$85,000-100,000k w/ bonus potential401K w/ match (no vesting)100% remote, alwaysQSHERA $100/month The work is performed M-F, between 8 AM to 5 PM PST hoursWe will provide you with a laptop and necessary hardware/software
