The founder has been in the insurance industry for over a decade and his previous company was purchased by an Insurance company.

PositionWe are on the hunt for a supremely talented and highly motivated JavaScript Developer—whether specialized in back-end or full-stack—eager to dive into AI application development and pioneer AI solutions for business challenges. This is a long-term consulting opportunity with the potential for you to rise as a team lead and mentor fellow developers, all from your home as a remote role based in Argentina.

Key Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years in programming, predominantly in back-end development.At least 3 years of experience with JavaScript/Node.js.Proficient in managing large codebases and complex system architectures.Solid background in object-oriented programming.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.Comfortable with CI/CD development pipelines.Mastery of Git, with substantial experience in GitHub.Commitment to test-driven development, with Jest experience being highly regarded.Expertise in database management, especially PostgreSQL (Supabase experience is highly valued).

Responsibilities:Benchmark and select the most responsive and accurate speech-to-text and text-to-speech engines and LLMs.Design and implement data integrations for the seamless exchange of large JSON datasets with partners.Develop and enhance platform features, contributing to the expansion of our AI capabilities.
