Project Description:

Support customer's Hogan Umbrella system and the activities required for the upgrade of their Hogan Umbrella application.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise and hand-on work for customer's Hogan Umbrella system. This will include guiding the setup of environment(s) for the testing of the upgraded Hogan Umbrella. Making necessary updates to the customizations made to Hogan Umbrella system to support the upgrade. Supporting the application in business-as-usual mode.
