Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is required.Previous work experience as a Java developer, ranging from entry-level positions to senior roles, based on job requirements.Proficiency in Java programming language, including solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.Experience with Java frameworks and libraries such as Spring, Hibernate, or JavaFX.Familiarity with web development technologies like Servlets, JSP, and JavaScript.Knowledge of web service development, including RESTful APIs and SOAP.Understanding of database concepts and hands-on experience with SQL and JDBC for database operations.Proficiency in integrated development environments (IDEs) such as IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, or NetBeans.Experience using version control systems like Git or SVN for efficient code management.Familiarity with build automation tools like Maven or Gradle.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.Analytical mindset for understanding and resolving complex programming challenges.Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.Understanding of testing principles and experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG.Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and clients.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to discussions and decision-making processes.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and best practices in Java development.Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and advancements in Java and related technologies.
