3+ (SD1), 6+ (SD2), or 8+ (SD3) years of experience programming, preferably in JavaScriptUnderstanding of the entire web development process, with an emphasis on front-end design and developmentSolid grasp of content management systems (e.g., Django) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.JS, Ember.JS)Ability to interpret and implement concepts from wireframesStrong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, developers, and mission customersWillingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problemsFlexibility to adapt to changing instructions and requirementsAbility to gather requirements and design a solution with minimal oversightAbility to present a development plan and forecast deliverables Benefits PTO: Our variable PTO plan lets you decide the amount that's best for you.
