We are looking for a remote Lead Front-End Developer to work on an exciting Angular migration project. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a team, guide them on technical tasks, and contribute to the development process. You will be working closely with the client, taking full ownership of end-to-end delivery, and ensuring the project's success. You will also be responsible for designing and developing user interface components using Angular 10 to 14, optimizing the application for maximum speed and scalability, and implementing best practices to ensure high performance.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineersTake full ownership of end-to-end delivery and work closely with the clientContribute to the development process by guiding the team on technical tasksRedesign and migrate the existing project to Angular 10 to 14 versionsDevelop and implement user interface components using AngularCollaborate with back-end developers in developing and implementing server-side logicDevelop reusable code and libraries for future useEnsure high performance of the application and implement best practicesOptimize the application for maximum speed and scalabilityParticipate in code reviews, meetings, and presenting progress updates to clients

Requirements

5+ years of experience in front-end development1+ year of relevant leadership experienceExpertise in AngularProficiency with developing and implementing user interface components using AngularFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExcellent communicational and organizational skillsStrong communication skills in English language, with at least an Upper-Intermediate level proficiency
