We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in collecting and integrating large volumes of data into our AWS-hosted Redshift datalake, developing robust data pipelines, and generating insightful reports and analyses using tools like Metabase. You will work closely with our technology and business teams to support data-driven decision-making processes.
You’re excited about the role because you will…Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and AWS services to collect and process data from various sources.Integrate data into a centralized AWS Redshift datalake, ensuring data accuracy and availability.Develop and maintain databases using PostgreSQL and AWS Redshift, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.Create interactive dashboards and reports in Metabase or similar tools, providing actionable insights to business stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that support data-driven decision-making.Monitor and optimize database and query performance, applying best practices for data modeling and schema design.Implement data security and compliance protocols in line with industry standards and company policies.Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and techniques to improve data systems and processes.
We’re excited to have you because you have these skills…Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proficient in Python, with experience in developing data applications and pipelines.Strong experience with AWS cloud services, especially Redshift, S3, and other data-related services.Extensive experience with SQL and database design, preferably with PostgreSQL and Redshift.Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards in Metabase or equivalent BI tools.Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with data orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.Familiarity with additional BI tools and data visualization frameworks.Experience in a similar industry or with data-intensive applications.
