Senior Machine Learning Developer / full-time (f/m/d)
contextflow is an award-winning startup developing artificial intelligence-based software applications to support radiologists during their clinical routine. Our R&D team is involved in different stages of the product process: product definition, data collection and annotation, machine learning development, product development and scientific publications. Methods developed are aligned with regulatory, clinical and IT requirements in mind and are deployed to hospital sites across Europe, providing value in clinical routine to radiologists and patients.
As a Senior Machine Learning Developer, you will:
Develop deep learning techniques in the area of medical imaging and clinical data Join a team at the intersection of machine learning, engineering of productive systems and medicine Be an active part of the R&D team in a culture of exchange and joint development of ideas Develop robust and accurate techniques including the necessary engineering to create components performing in time-critical environments and benchmarked for medical use
Requirements
What we are looking for:
MSc or PhD degree with industrial experience in medical imaging and AI or related field Experience with deep learning development in Python/PyTorch Strong software engineering skills Version control with git and knowledge of UNIX environments Structured work style and high level of self motivation Work permit in EU Fluency in English Strong belief in growing together as a team Empathy for each other
Bonus Skills:
Experience with MLOps and cloud deployment Familiarity with DICOM standard Understanding of general workflow in clinical routine Work experience in the medical domain Experience with MapReduce frameworks Experience with SQL and databases
