Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Appian Developer to join our team. As a Senior Appian Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing complex applications using the Appian platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, architect solutions, and lead the successful delivery of projects.Responsibilities:Lead the technical design and development of Appian applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Design and implement scalable and maintainable solutions using Appian BPM, adhering to best practices and industry standards.Configure Appian applications, including process models, user interfaces, integrations, and business rules, leveraging advanced features and functionalities.Develop custom plugins, interfaces, and integrations using Appian’s APIs, Java, and other relevant technologies.Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of delivered solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Appian applications, providing timely and effective resolutions.Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers and team members, fostering their professional growth and development.Stay updated on the latest Appian platform updates, features, and capabilities, and share knowledge and best practices with the team.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an Appian Developer, with a proven track record of delivering successful Appian projects.Expertise in Appian development, including advanced proficiency in Appian Process Modeler, Appian Designer, Appian Tempo, and Appian SAIL.Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) concepts, methodologies, and best practices.Proficiency in Java programming language and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Appian certification(s) preferred.
