Position: Full-Time Application Developer (Android & iOS)

Location: Remote

Job Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using Flutter, React Native, and other cutting-edge technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative mobile solutions.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance product quality and user experience.Contribute ideas and solutions to improve development processes and achieve project goals effectively.

Training Period:

Duration: 6 Month During the training period, no salary or stipend will be offered.Benefits: Experience, goodies, certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, experience letter, live paid projects with our firm and partner firm.Opportunity: Chance to be placed in our firm or our partner firm after successful completion of the training period.Equity Participation: ESOPs will be diluted after the successful completion of a 6-month probation period.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience in mobile application development for Android and iOS platforms.Proficiency in Flutter, React Native, or similar frameworks.Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Objective-C.Knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
