This full-time, remote position is open to candidates throughout the United States, offering flexible working hours between 9-5pm or 10-6pm. RTeams is committed to both contract and regular employment options, aiming to find the ideal match for our ambitious projects and the successful candidate.

Your Role:As a C# .NET Developer at RTeams, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our software solutions. Utilizing your expertise in C# and the .NET framework, you will design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. Working closely with our team of developers, project managers, and designers, you will contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code.Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features.Stay updated on the latest C# and .NET framework developments and technologies.

Technical Requirements:Strong proficiency in C#, with a thorough understanding of the .NET framework.Familiarity with the Microsoft SQL Server and database concepts.Experience with popular web application frameworks within the .NET ecosystem.Understanding of object-oriented programming and software engineering principles.Familiarity with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) for creating rich desktop applications.Knowledge of concurrency patterns in C#.Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus.Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Experience:3+ years of professional experience as a C# .NET Developer or similar role.Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and high-performing software applications.Experience in full lifecycle software development processes and methodologies.
