Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the React development team, ensuring best practices and design patterns are adhered to.Architectural Decisions: Spearhead architectural choices, ensuring the platform scales efficiently with growth.Feature Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of new features for the CoinCrowd platform.Optimization: Guarantee optimal UI performance, refining code and employing advanced optimization techniques.Collaboration: Engage with product managers, designers, and backend teams to ensure a seamless and efficient development lifecycle.Code Reviews: Conduct rigorous code reviews, fostering a culture of quality and growth within the team.Continuous Learning: Encourage and drive a culture of continuous learning and adaptation to the ever-evolving frontend ecosystem and crypto technologies.

Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and a track record of leading teams.Mastery of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.In-depth knowledge of modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and their integrations.Familiarity with the cryptocurrency domain or a keen interest in learning.Proven ability to architect and oversee large-scale frontend projects.Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for team collaboration and mentorship.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.Deep understanding of React architecture, hooksUnderstanding of RESTful APIs.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
