What Would Be Your Responsibilities? Thoughtfully implement the front-end of headless CMS projects including javascript, CSS and HTML.Work closely with project teams consisting of product managers, project managers, testers, architects & developersTest and debug front-end code to ensure reliability and performanceWrite clean, maintainable, efficient codeMaintain the integrity of existing design systemsParticipate in performance reviews and always be looking for ways to improveDepending on experience:Architect solutions with customersHelp define and enforce best-practicesProviding mentorship to othersOrganize development teamsHelp define and measure performanceProvide thought leadership

What Core Technologies & Skills Are We Looking For?Next.js / React - The foundation of our front-ends for 2023Tailwind CSS - The perfect compliment for component-driven headless CMS development.Storybook - Decouple development and bring design systems to life.Headless CMS - While we specialize in Sitecore, previous experience using enterprise-tier headless platforms such as Kentico Kontent, Contentful Storyblok would be great. Other platforms such as Strapi, Sanity, ButterCMS, CraftCMS

Any Other Relevant Tech or Skills?Strong JAMStack experienceDeep understanding of JavaScript & TypeScriptComprehensive HTML5 knowledgeRobust understanding of modern CSS techniques including flexbox, grids, object fit, transforms & filtersKnowledge of using ARIA roles, attributes and creating accessible experiencesConsuming GraphQL & REST endpointsUsing Vercel, Netifly, or similar infrastructureServerless Functions/ Edge Workers (Cloudflare Workers, Azure Functions, AWS Lambda)Familiarity with FigmaExposure to Web Components (DOMs and shady Shadow DOMs)Managing projects in Azure DevOpsScrum, Agile delivery methodologyBuild tooling such as Browserify, Webpack, Gulp
