What are the required qualifications of a Business Intelligence Developer L1?Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferredPrevious experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role, preferably in the call center environmentStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insightsProficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.Solid understanding of SQL and database managementExperience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques is a plusAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrityProficient in using computers and various software applications
