Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of GETH, the Go implementation of the Ethereum protocol, and have hands-on experience in modifying and updating its consensus mechanisms. Additionally, experience in building a Zero-Knowledge EVM (ZK-EVM) machine and the capability to manage multiple EVM chains will be highly valued. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contract development, and the Ethereum ecosystem.

Responsibilities:- GETH Mastery: Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in GETH, including its architecture, functionalities, and optimization techniques. Lead efforts in customizing and updating GETH's consensus algorithms to meet specific project requirements.- Consensus Mechanism Development: Design, implement, and optimize consensus mechanisms within the GETH framework. Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of blockchain protocols.- ZK-EVM Development: Contribute to the development of a Zero-Knowledge EVM machine, leveraging knowledge of cryptographic proofs and privacy-preserving technologies to enhance transaction efficiency and security.- Chain Management: Manage the deployment and maintenance of multiple EVM chains, ensuring seamless operation and interoperability across different blockchain environments.- Cross-Chain Solutions: Work on cross-chain technology development to enable asset and data transfer between EVM-compatible chains and other blockchain protocols.- Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain technologies into existing systems. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and engineers.

Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Experience: Proven experience in Ethereum blockchain development, specifically with GETH. Experience in consensus mechanism design and implementation is required.- Technical Skills: Expertise in Solidity and smart contract development. Strong background in cryptography, particularly in Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP). Proficiency in Go programming language. Experience with ZK-EVM development is highly preferred. Familiarity with blockchain interoperability and the deployment of multi-chain environments.- Personal Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team player.- Additional Skills: Knowledge of other blockchain protocols, EVM-compatible chains, and familiarity with the broader Web3 ecosystem is a plus.
