Actual Job Title : Operations PowerBI DeveloperDuration : 05 +months Contract with possible extensionLocation : Remote M-F Job Description: Prescreen: -1 year of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations. -2 plus years in Microsoft Azure Snowflake (or similar data warehouse) and Power BI. - 2 plus years Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance. - Familiarity with semantic layer data structuring. Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in Manhattan WM (Warehouse Management Software) to streamline warehouse processes and enhance operational efficiency. - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to provide insights into warehouse performance metrics. - Leverage your strong SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements and best practices. - Utilize your experience working with semantic layers to create intuitive data models and ensure data consistency and accuracy. - Apply your manufacturing or warehouse experience to understand operational challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Exhibit a self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution. - Act as a team player, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. - Experience with Power Apps is a plus, but not required. Required Qualifications: - Engineering or Computer Science bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. - Minimum of one year of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Snowflake (or similar data warehouse) and Power BI. - Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance. - Familiarity with semantic layer data structuring. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. - Self-motivated with a strong desire for continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Manhattan WM. - Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and PowerApps specifically.
