Duties and Responsibilities: • Identify gaps in training content and materials that need updating to increase employee knowledge and skills • Identifying training needs and create and implement a curriculum to facilitate that training • Conduct orientation programs and arranging on-the-job training for new hires • Develop programs utilizing available commercial content and work with SME to develop internal content to assist employees with job knowledge and skill gaps due to promotions, technological changes, acquisitions, and mergers • Develop system for tracking employee development to prepare individuals for promotional opportunities in the organization • Research new training supplies and materials that will enhance a firm’s training procedures while providing value to employees • Communicate with management, trainers, and team members to ensure that organization and employee needs are met Qualifications: • 3-4 years’ experience minimum in a Cyber Security technical training environment • A passion for technical education and strong empathy with learners of all levels • Strong verbal skills • Excellent writing skills, including the ability to be economical, concise, and accurate when composing written communication • Emphatic attention to detail • Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, quickly-evolving environments • A strong aptitude for gathering and utilizing data to make quick decisions • A team player mentality and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners • Ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks on deadlines
