**Position Summary:**We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Golang to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 4 years of overall software development experience, with a minimum of 1.5 years specifically in Golang. This role requires a deep understanding of system architecture and the ability to develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions.

Responsibilities:- Design and implement robust, scalable backend services primarily using Golang.- Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various systems.- Work closely with other team members to design system architecture and solve complex problems.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that aligns with our high standards.- Continuously evaluate and incorporate new technologies and frameworks to improve system performance and developer productivity.- Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and adhere to best software development practices.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 1.5 years of hands-on experience in Golang and a total of at least 4 years in software development.- Strong understanding of system architecture and experience with design and implementation of scalable systems.- Proficiency in software development best practices and design patterns.- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, and cloud services like AWS.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
