Job Title Windchill Data Migration Developer Skill EIS PLM - Windchill Technical Skill Type Marketable Minimum Experience 6 - 19 Years Qualification BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE Location Vernon, TX Plan and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to Windchill PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) platform.Analyze existing data structures, data models, and business processes to understand the data migration requirements.Develop data migration strategies and methodologies based on project requirements and best practices.Design and implement data migration scripts, tools, and processes to extract, transform, and load data into Windchill.Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors, to gather requirements and ensure data migration objectives are met.Perform data profiling and cleansing activities to ensure data quality and integrity during migration.Conduct testing and validation of migrated data to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during the data migration process.Document data migration procedures, guidelines, and best practices for future reference.Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and provide training to end-users on using migrated data within Windchill.Stay updated with the latest advancements and technologies in data migration tools and methodologies to continuously improve processes.
