Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable backend systems that power our applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and implement solutions.• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.• Optimize backend applications for maximum speed and scalability.• Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior developers.• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in backend development.

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).• 3+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on [specific technologies or languages relevant to your stack, e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, etc.].• Knowledge in PHP and Laravel is a must.• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and experience with database design and optimization.• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).• Proficiency in implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.• Strong understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and data structures.

Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with Django, Spring Boot, Express.js, Node.js.• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.• Knowledge of security best practices for backend development.• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
