Job Description:Seeking an experienced Developer with advanced Power BI skills to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This project supports many facets of this Large/Complex Corporate landscape. Data reports require consistent work and re-work to capture relevant data trends, pertinent data sources, chart of accounts evaluation, data analytics, import of data model filters, impact analysis, and remediation plans. Data reports will aid key stakeholders in critical decision making. In this role, responsibilities include intimate interaction with key stakeholders in defining their reports and data requirements, in addition to refined analytics within the data to ensure data capture & representation is continuously improved. In addition to the data and analysis collected and presented to the supported business, the expectation is for this individual to create dashboards and scorecards to identify drivers and create strategic recommendations, presenting these to key SLT partners. Technical Requirements:5+ year of experience developing BI dashboards and BI reports in Power BI Platform.Must have deep SQL skillsMust have strong Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)Must have fluency in Power BIExtensive interaction w/Business Stakeholders & Data Architects - must be capable communicator to dig into Requirements & refineSr. Consultant that can identify problems quickly & accurately & vocalize need for changeDataflows, Power Automate, Power Query for data transformationsCreate and maintain complex DAX measures and calculationsReading & writing complex SQL QueriesStrong communication - interacting w/stakeholders
