💻 Your Role as a Junior Developer Intern 🎨Your primary focus will be developing HTML email templates and implementing automation workflows to enhance our marketing campaigns. This role is crucial as email marketing is a critical component of our digital marketing strategies, offering valuable hands-on experience with real business impacts. This will include:

Crafting reusable HTML and CSS code for email templatesEnsuring templates are responsive and optimized for performanceCollaborating with our marketing and design teams to incorporate branding elements and design guidelinesImplementing and testing webhooks and workflows for automating emails via transactional email services (e.g., SendGrid, Mailgun) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp)Working closely with the marketing and engineering teams to develop and automate marketing campaigns, including segmentation strategies and personalized email initiativesContributing ideas to improve the email development process, automation strategies, and overall marketing campaign effectiveness

(You should be comfortable with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and email client rendering quirks.)Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid) and segmentation strategiesFamiliarity with webhooks, APIs, and workflow automation conceptsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to commit to a minimum of 10-15 hours per weekWhile remote, we expect active participation in design reviews and weekly check-ins
