Role Summary

Our Solution Developer are responsible for developing and implementing software solutions that help manage the entire lifecycle of aerospace products, from design and development to manufacturing and maintenance.

You will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and develop software solutions that meet their needs.

Area of Responsibility

Developing and implementing software solutions to meet the specific needs of the aerospace industryCollaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and define requirements for PLM solutionsDesigning and developing software applications that integrate with PLM systemsEnsuring that PLM solutions meet industry standards and regulationsConducting testing and debugging of PLM software solutionsProviding technical support to end-users of PLM systemsKeeping up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in PLM technology and the aerospace industry.

Knowledge / Experience

A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, aerospace engineering, or a related field is preferred. Additional certifications or specialized training in aerospace PLM software development would be beneficial.Minimum 2 years of experience in software development, with a focus on aerospace PLM systems. Experience in developing and implementing PLM solutions for aerospace products, such as aircraft or spacecraft, would be valuable.Familiarity with data management principles and practices, including data modeling, data integration, and data security.Experience in testing and validation of software solutions to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.Ability to integrate software solutions with other systems and processes within an organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying technical issues and providing effective solutions.Excellent communication skills are necessary for effectively conveying technical information to other engineers, project managers, and stakeholders. This includes both verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of relevant aerospace regulations and standards related to PLM systems is essential.

Competences

In-depth knowledge of API development principles and practices, including RESTful APIs, API security, and API documentation.Proficiency in software development methodologies, programming languages, and tools commonly used in aerospace PLM systems, such as CAD software, PDM systems, and ERP systems.Experience in testing and quality assurance of software solutions to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.
